The purpose of webinar reminder emails and invitations is to maximize your webinar attendance rate. Reminding your registrants about your webinar is the best way to do that.

Webinar Audience Interaction Tools
As you’d expect, everyone can chat with each other in the webinar room. But only the host can pin chat messages. For example, the host can pin an announcement that should be visible for everyone at all times. This is how the ClickMeeting webinar room looks like for the attendee:
Another cool feature is that any attendee can “Raise Hand” and assign a status. For example, attendees can set a status of “Speak louder” or “Agree” without spamming the chat. The host can get a really great overview of how many people agree/disagree, without having to create a separate poll for that question.
Launch Polls and Tests
Like in any other webinar software, in ClickMeeting you can pre-configure polls and launch them at any moment during the webinar. The polls can be:

That’s a really clean and decent way of showing the results. It gives a visual overview and it’s perfect for discussing the polls results.
Closing the Deal – CTA and Q&A
The end of the webinar is a very critical point. That’s where you typically present your offer when you’re hosting a marketing or sales webinar.
The call-to-action (CTA) appears as a bar on top of the screen. You can customize:
A cool feature I liked during this ClickMeeting review is that the call-to-action has a click counter. It measures how many times the offer has been clicked. The CTA button looks like this for the attendee:
Often, the attendees are not quite ready to make the purchase when you launch the offer. They typically have some questions and doubts they need addressed before they’re willing to buy.
ClickMeeting has a separate Q&A Mode for that. Once the host enables it, the attendees are encouraged to shoot their questions. The host and the attendees will see the questions like this:
ClickMeeting has of the best Q&A formats I’ve seen on a webinar platform. It’s instantly very clear which question the host is currently answering. Once the question is answered, the host can just publish the next one.
There are a lot of options available for each attendee. For example, the host can see where the attendee has joined from or send a private message. The host can even request any attendee to share their screen, webcam or microphone.
ClickMeeting Video Quality & Integrations
Like most other web-based webinar platforms, ClickMeeting uses WebRTC to run its browser-based video engine.
The webcam doesn’t have a feature to go full screen. It’s meant to be docked at the top right corner. However, if the attendee right clicks on the webcam feed, chooses “Show controls”, then they can actually make the webcam full screen. Here’s the quality of how a 1080p webcam would appear to the attendee:
And that’s with HD switched on. I’d say the webcam quality on ClickMeeting is a bit pixelated. Howeverm considering that most attendees will be viewing the webcam feed from the minimized docked view, it would still be high quality.
ClickMeeting doesn’t have a live chat on their website. If you’re having any problems, you can send their support an email and they’ll reply within 4 business days. Which is a bit too slow, in my opinion.

ClickMeeting Webinar Presentation Tools
One of my favorite parts of this ClickMeeting Review is the live webinar room layout. The layout is really well organized, all the presentation tools are easily accessible and the design is really neatly put together.
You can modify the room layout too. Make the webcam feed larger, hide that chat or the attendee list. If you have “Layout synchronization” enabled, any change in the layout will be reflected on the attendee side as well. That’s an awesome feature, because it allows for you to direct the attendee attention much better. This is how the webcam + slideshow would look like for the attendee in ClickMeeting live webinar room:
For the host, the slideshow controls are really convenient. First of all, you can pre-upload your slides in PPT or PDF format. During your live webinar, you can just launch them at any point. Another useful feature for presenting is that you can always preview your next slide:
Another useful presentation feature is the whiteboard tool. Basically, you can draw to illustrate your points at any point during the webinar. There’s even a “Collaborate” feature, which allows the host and attendees to draw together. That could be useful for delivering educational webinars.
You can also share your screen, but you can’t draw on your shared screen. But you can draw on your slides to illustrate some points.
There’s also an option to inject YouTube videos during your webinar on ClickMeeting. The controls allow you to seek and play/pause. The video player is fast and well designed.
Webinar Experience on Mobile Devices
When your attendees are joining with a mobile device, they’ll have the option to either join the webinar with their mobile browser or download the ClickMeeting mobile app.
For sure, the mobile app will handle the webinar better. However, your mobile attendees might not want to clutter their phones with another app. So, we’ll see how well ClickMeeting can handle the webinar on mobile browsers for the attendees.
The first thing that the mobile attendees will notice is that the webcam overlays on top of the slideshow. That’s not perfect, because it can block something on the slides.
Another slightly annoying thing is that the chat messages can be accessed by tapping on the very narrow slider on the right side. I found it quite hard to press, because it’s so narrow.
However, the call-to-action feature is very well visible on top of the screen. A slight downside is that if the CTA text is too long, it just cuts off.
As for the polls, the webcam overlay is seriously blocking parts of the question. Luckily, the attendees can just easily minimize the webcam feed while they’re answering the poll.
All in all, the ClickMeeting webinar room is very mobile responsible and quite easy to navigate. Once the host launches an interaction, it will clearly become visible to the mobile attendees.
Webinar Replay Recording & Follow-up
Often the purchase decisions are made after the webinar event. For these cases, it’s important to follow up with the attendees by sending them an email, which includes:
